Iain Mackintosh

Iain has focused on inclusion, safeguarding, pupil behaviour and pastoral support throughout his career and worked in schools across Norfolk.

Since joining the Inspiration Trust, Iain has been a member of the leadership teams in four trust schools, and has been both a principal and Executive Principal, currently Iain is the Executive Principal at Wayland Academy. As Director of Inclusion, Iain provides expert support to all the schools in the Inspiration Trust family.
