School to school support
We are committed to school improvement through a knowledge-rich curriculum, subject-specificity and research-based practice. We aim to close the disadvantage gap by improving educational experiences and outcomes for pupils in deprived areas and other challenging circumstances.
Our National Leaders of Education and Specialist Leaders of Education are able to draw on a wide range expertise which allows us to provide bespoke support packages to individuals, departments, and schools according to your own unique priorities.
We have a proven track record of working with and supporting schools to ensure significant improvements in challenging circumstances. As a trust we have a particular interest in the place of broad academic knowledge in accelerating language and literacy. This is central to the curriculum development within all of our Inspiration Trust schools.
We have a diverse and experienced team of school improvement specialists, led by Gareth Stevens (NLE), Claire Heald (NLE) and Anna Twaite (SLE), covering core subjects and areas of whole school leadership across all phases from primary to post-16. In addition we have expertise in Pupil Premium, behaviour, safety and wellbeing, safeguarding, curriculum, assessment, data & tracking, timetabling, and financial efficiencies.
Support work can involve a single visit or multiple visits spanning a term to a year with any number of our leaders being involved depending on need. We evaluate the process carefully against your chosen target areas, with regular and final evaluation.
