Maxine Sebire

Ms Sebire joined Charles Darwin in the summer term in 2023 as Vice Principal, and is now Principal. She has a wealth of experience in leadership and teaching in a range of settings nationally and internationally, she is also a qualified ILM workplace coach. Ms Sebire has recently relocated from London where she was Head of School for an outstanding inner city primary school.   

As an educator, she promotes a values-based culture, fostering a lifelong love of learning, striving for excellence to ensure all children achieve their highest potential in all areas of their lives. Ms Sebire knows that a successful and happy school depends on all of us working together and she is excited to build on the relationship between the school and parents/carers to ensure all children thrive.
