Enter the Young Artists Summer Show

Published on 01/04/20

London’s Royal Academy of Arts is looking for artists aged 5-19 to enter this year’s Young Artists’ Summer Show. This is a free exhibition, both online and in a gallery, where young people from across the UK have the opportunity to showcase their artwork.

We have been sent a really exciting opportunity for your children to have their artwork exhibited in an online exhibition.

There is no theme so you can submit any artwork that your child has created - if you are stuck for ideas why not try the challenge from your year group's newsletter?

Once your child has created their masterpiece, please email a good quality photo to office@norwichprimary.org with the name and year group of the artist. Please also add what art materials they used and how they completed the work (e.g. paint and collage).

The Royal Academy have also posted lots of ideas to keep families and children of all ages busy during this chaotic and uncertain time, have a look here if you’re after some ideas: The Royal Academy - Family area.

If you would like any further information please visit the Royal Academy’s web page.

Please ensure you get your submissions to us by Wednesday 22nd April to make sure we have enough time to upload them all before the deadline on the 24th.

We look forward to seeing all of your artwork!
