Mud, glorious mud as team tackle charity challenge

Published on 03/06/19

Staff from Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form swapped lab coats for running gear to raise hundreds of pounds in a mud-packed charity race.

The brave team tackled the ten-kilometre ‘Pretty Muddy’ Race For Life course at Norfolk Showground on Saturday, May 11.

Taking on obstacles including the mud pit, A-frame scramble, and netting crawl, the Sir Isaac team raised nearly £500 for Cancer Research UK.

Sir Isaac Newton receptionist Zoe Mitchell said: “A big well done to everyone who took part and a huge thank you to all who donated towards this very important cause.

“Bring on next year!”
