Changes to school timetable
Published on 26/03/18
Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form is making some changes to the school timetable after the Easter holiday.
Students will have a full hour for lunch, giving a longer break and more time for those students who travel to Jane Austen College for lessons after lunch.
There will be no change to the morning timetable, but afternoon lessons will start and finish 30 minutes later than previously.
The new timetable will come into effect on Monday, April 16.
Principal Chris Jennings said: "The issue of lunchtimes was raised by the Student Council and was the most popular improvement comment in the student survey this term.
"Student feedback is very important to us so we are pleased to be introducing our new and improved timetable."
