Art students from across East Anglia are showing off their skills in a new exhibition at The Forum, Norwich showcasing the best of the region’s young artists.
The Inspired Art exhibition features contributions from the most promising students at the Inspiration Trust family of schools across Norfolk and Suffolk.
There are over 50 pieces of art in the display, in a range of media, all produced by GCSE students from Cromer Academy, Jane Austen College and The Hewett Academy in Norwich, Hethersett Academy, Thetford Academy, and East Point Academy in Lowestoft.
The exhibition was organised by Laura Gatward, head of the Bronte faculty for art, music, PE, and technology at Jane Austen College, Norwich.
Laura said: “It’s great to see students from the Inspiration Trust family of schools coming together for this fantastic exhibition. All the students worked extremely hard and their work shows a great deal of promise for East Anglia’s art in the future.”
The exhibition runs from 9am to 5pm, October 5 to 8 at The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich and is free to attend.
