Great success for Ashley

Incredible news following student's time at East Point Academy 

Ashley Cook, who previously attended East Point Academy has found great success with the Royal Marines Band Service. Since leaving the Academy, Ashley continued wth his education at Lowestoft Sixth form College where he achieved a BTec L2 in Law and also studied GCSE Media, Maths and English. 

The following 2 years he studied at East Coast College in Uniformed Services and achieved a BTec L3E. 

After completing an audition with the Royal Marines Band Service he was successfully accepted as a Musician and will begin Basi Training on the 9th September. Once passed basic training he will be playing Cornet/Trumpet and will be the first person ever to be employed by the Royal Marines playing Guitar.
