Online learning

SAM Learning

SAM Learning Secondary is proven to improve GCSE and SATs results with over ten task hours of use, therefore we are challenging your child to revise using it for at least ten task hours across all subjects.

You may have concerns about your child using the internet, and may wish to establish your own family rules about where and when this is done. However, we hope that you will encourage the use of SAM Learning Secondary and the Ten Task Hour Challenge outside of the normal school day, whether at home, the library or your local internet café.

All our students should know how everything works – you may want to ask them to show you in turn, especially the area that reports on their progress and shows their marks.

Don’t forget to ask them about the Ten Task Hour Challenge.

We hope that you will take full advantage of this service and thank you in anticipation of your support for this initiative.

To access the service using the login on the SAM Learning website, you need three details:

  • Centre ID: NR9HA
  • User ID: your date of birth followed by two initials, first name then last name. Example: 010895DJ is the user ID for David Jones, born August 1 1995.
  • Password: initially the same as the user ID - but you should change this when you first logon to something more difficult to guess.
