New roles for Trust leaders

Two of Inspiration Trust's schools have new heads from today.
Kevin Blakey moves from East Point Academy in Lowestoft to become principal at Thetford Academy. Kevin will retain a connection with East Point as executive principal, helping to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
Day to day responsibility for the Suffolk school will be taken on by new principal Richard Dolding, who was previously a vice principal at the academy.
Former Thetford Academy principal, Adrian Ball, has become the Inspiration Trust's director of schools. Adrian has responsibility for curriculum-led financial planning, behaviour, attendance and trouble shooting, and initial interventions in our schools.
Chief executive Dame Rachel de Souza said: "These changes will help continue the great progress that has already been made at East Point and Thetford, as they move into their next phase of improvement from good to great.
"Adrian's new role will help us further bolster our school improvement work and provides a strong and experienced ear to support our principals and senior leadership teams."
