Pupils from Norwich Primary Academy had a ball learning new skills at an inter-school golfing tournament.
The Year 3 and 4 teams competed against schools across the city in a Tri-Golf competition organised by the Norwich School Sport Partnership at the Norwich Family Golf Centre on Tuesday, April 24.
Tri-Golf is a version of the game designed for young players, with a series of fun challenges to test children’s co-ordination and teamwork skills.
Students from Easton & Otley College helped the children learn the basics of swinging a golf club and supported them through the activities.
Norwich Primary Academy teacher Helen Carr said: “The children had lots of fun trying a new sport and tackled all the challenges with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship.”
