Sumo wrestling, tag archery, and space hopping were just some of the attractions at our charity fun day.
Hundreds of parents and children attended the event on Saturday, September 9.
The event saw the academy thrown open to the public, with families able to enjoy traditional fete activities like tombolas and a cake stand as well as more unusual pursuits like tag archery and sumo wrestling.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to The Hamlet charity, which supports children and adults with disabilities and complex health needs.
Principal Rebecca Handley Kirk said: "It was fantastic to see so many families enjoying themselves and having fun together, welcoming our current students and those from other schools.
"We couldn't have put the day on without the enthusiasm of our students and staff who gave up their time to make it happen, and I'm very grateful for them for this brilliant demonstration of the academy's family spirit."
