Former students invited to inspire next generation

Published on 22/03/19

Former students of East Point Academy are invited to give something back to the school by motivating and inspiring current students through the school's new alumni network.

East Point has partnered with the national education charity Future First in a new programme for alumni to help the students of today find the right path into higher education or employment.

There are many ways in which alumni can help the next generation of East Point students: by acting as a career and education role model, providing work experience, becoming a mentor in person or online, fundraising, or even applying to become a governor.

It doesn’t matter when you left us, whether you’re in further education or employment, whether you still live nearby or have moved further away - our pupils would love to hear about the great things you've achieved since leaving East Point.

Former students are also warmly invited to come back to East Point and see the fantastic progress the school has made.
