Students from Norwich, Thetford, and Lowestoft have showed off their sporting skills at an inter-school dodgeball tournament.

Teams from Jane Austen College in Norwich, Lowestoft’s East Point Academy, and host school Thetford Academy took to the court for a series of matches on Wednesday, March 21.

The increasingly popular sport involves eliminating players on the opposing team by throwing balls to hit them, or catching one of their throws.

Jane Austen College bagged the trophies for the Year 7 and Year 9 events, with Lowestoft’s East Point Academy taking home the Year 8 award.

Thetford Academy’s head of PE Graeme Richardson said: “The students had a great time and showed high levels of skill and enthusiasm.”
