School seeks old photos and uniform for 70th celebrations

Published on 23/04/19

Cromer Academy is on the hunt for photos and uniforms from years gone by as it gets ready to celebrate its 70th anniversary.

The memorabilia will go on display at Cromer Academy – previously known as Cromer High School and Cromer Secondary Modern School – which this summer is marking 70 years of educating the town’s young people.

A day of celebrations will take place on Saturday, July 6, with staff, pupils, and families past and present invited to come and meet old friends, share memories, and view the exhibition.

Old uniform can be dropped off at the school reception during opening hours in the run-up to the day and will be returned afterwards.

Photos can be emailed to ca-office@inspirationtrust.org or brought to the school to be copied.
